Your Role & Responsibilities

Position Overview

Stymiest & Associates is looking for energetic, driven, bright individuals with strong interpersonal skills to join our process improvement consulting practice. This position is a full-time commitment intended for business professionals with 2+ years of business experience .

As a Process Design Consultant, you’ll be an integral part of our Solution Design Team , where you'll develop custom solutions that drive business intelligence and enhance decision-making capabilities for our clients. Your role will focus on designing cutting-edge systems and tools, including data visualization, PowerApps development, dashboard creation, and enterprise system mapping, ensuring our clients can leverage technology to achieve their goals.

In this role, you’ll lead projects that integrate technological solutions into clients' business frameworks. From mapping out enterprise systems to developing intuitive dashboards, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored solutions that not only solve problems but also optimize efficiency and decision-making. You'll play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights, ensuring that our clients stay ahead of the curve.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Project Management
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings
  • Manage clients’ relationships
  • Guide strategic Project direction
  • Build business solutions to improve business performance
  • Develop dashboards and other visualization tools
  • Develop customs Power Apps
  • Map systems’ interconnectivity and other relevant processes
  • Analyze data & perform statistical analysis
  • Guide deliverables to completion
  • Propose new and innovative tools and technologies
  • Related projects/work as assigned

Qualifications

Required

University Education (Bachelor of Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related degree).

2+ years of consulting or relevant experience.

Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.

Experience with programming language.

Prior experience managing projects end to end.

Strong Interpersonal skills.

Prior experience with Microsoft environment.

Must be able to legally to work in Canada.

Considered to be an Asset

Lean Six Sigma Certifications.

Aviation Industry Knowledge.

PMP certification.

Experience with Power Apps or equivalent.
