We are a Montreal-based consulting firm specializing in process optimization. Our services include process improvement, process analytics and dashboarding, process documentation, and Lean Six Sigma training. With over 15 years of experience, we have completed numerous projects across various industries, including aviation, aerospace, banking, medical, nuclear power, and transportation.

Your Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our process improvement consulting practice. This part-time position is ideal for university students looking to gain experience in the consulting industry while applying their knowledge to real business problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Map business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Design, build, and deliver presentations to stakeholders
  • Develop business solutions to improve business performance
  • Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with the development of applications and dashboards to support business operations
Qualifications
  • University education in progress (Bachelor of Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related degree)
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Ability to legally work in Canada
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Power Apps or equivalent
  • Knowledge of design tools
  • Knowledge of coding languages
