Relationship Manager We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing expert service in support of their complex business needs. In this role, you will… Develop and maintain trusted member relationships. Understand member goals and provide tailored solutions. Serve as the primary liaison between members and internal teams. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of service and support. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and automation. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations. Why you are the person we’re looking for… Successfully retained key members and improved member satisfaction. Maintained account records and delivered on opportunities to improve record‑keeping strategies. Resolved complex member issues quickly, resulting in minimal escalations and improved service ratings. Secured new business by onboarding new members to the company. Increased member business automation and reduced time, cost and risk by introducing beneficial products and services. Implemented proactive communication strategies, improving response times and SLAs. Collaborated with internal teams to deliver solutions for complex member needs. Ability to travel 30% for conferences and member meetings. Bonus Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and French. Digital literacy (CRM systems, automation tools such as Salesforce, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar).
