You will be working for an owner/developer, who have a mixture of office & retail properties across Western Canada. This company prides themself on development and internal promotion wherever possible. Due to a departure they are in need of a Senior Property Manager for an A Class Office portfolio.


Your new role

You will report into the Director of Property Management and be responsible for approximately 600,000 sq ft, of A Class Office in the Downtown and Beltline areas. Your duties will include the overall operations of the portfolio; tenant communications, assisting the PA with AP/AR, reports and operational budgets, assisting with tendering/contractors and overseeing TI/CapX projects. You will have a team of approximately 10 staff reporting to you.


What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have your RECA license or be willing to acquire it within 12 months and 5+ years of commercial office management experience as an Property Manager. Experience leading/managing a team is highly desirable as you will have a team of 10 reporting into you across operations and administration.
