Humble team-first ego-free open to feedback always improving. Role Overview As a Founding Tech Lead Engineer you’ll play a critical role in shaping both our product and our company. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build and scale our platform – setting the technical foundation and influencing culture from day one. This is a chance to be part of the 0‑1 journey and build something generational. This is not a standard 95 job. We operate with a milestone mindset; progress is measured by what we build and deliver, not by hours at a desk. If you’re driven by outcomes and impact, this is the right place. What You’ll Do Build and scale our core platform from the ground up. Work across the entire stack: infrastructure, data systems, backend and user experience. Shape the product direction alongside the founders and our early customers. Harness unstructured enterprise data and evaluate LLMs to drive real product impact. Ensure technical specifications remain the single source of truth across all deals. Manage and mentor a development team to deliver high-quality features at startup speed. Work closely with the CTO to define and execute the technical roadmap. Review code, enforce best practices and ensure the architecture is clean, scalable and robust. What You Have Strong programming skills and deep Computer Science fundamentals. Experience working with large-scale data systems and improving performance, latency and other critical KPIs. A track record of building and scaling products; startup experience is a major plus. Ability to move fast, work across technologies and adapt as the product evolves.
