We reach over 300 million people monthly in 40+ countries and empower event creators with data and technology to scale and innovate.Who You Work WithThe Fever Originals team is responsible for investing in, managing, and scaling Fever’s portfolio of original experiences. You will join our Montreal office and collaborate with Fever teams worldwide, partners, venues, and other players in the live experiences ecosystem. You will work with internal functions such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Creation, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc. The team is diverse, motivated, dynamic, and comes from leading companies inside and outside the entertainment industry.Your RoleAs a Team Lead, you will be part of Fever Originals – Scalable Concepts, responsible for developing, launching, and managing events from A to Z, with full ownership of budgets and execution. You will oversee the expansion of existing IPs (e.g., Ballet of Lights, The Jazz Room, The Jury Experience) and the launch of new pilots in multiple cities.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a team of project managers and producers to oversee the local portfolio of scalable experiences in CanadaProvide day-to-day leadership, set priorities, and ensure projects stay on trackAct as the main escalation point for risks, issues, and cross-functional coordinationCoach and develop team members to drive performance and professional growthTranslate strategic goals into clear processes, workflows, and execution plansCollaborate with stakeholders to align timelines, resources, and deliverablesCoordinate with the global team on local execution and KPI attainmentGrow event revenue while ensuring sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality; manage budgets and on-site teamsScale experiences to new cities (travel potential)Negotiate and close deals with venues, partners, talent agencies, curators, and artistsConduct in-depth analyses of business opportunities and processes city by city and IP by IPCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define the best strategy for each IP and marketRepresent Fever at local events and with media and partnersDevelop and improve operational processes to increase profitability and qualityEmployees are expected to be in the office 3–4 days per week.QualificationsProject management, startup, or consulting background (7–10 years)MBA from a top-tier school is a plusStrong analytical and organizational skills with proven team management experienceSolution-focused, entrepreneurial mindset; able to identify and solve problemsExperience managing complex projectsExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with C-level stakeholdersAbility to influence and persuade across all levelsAbility to coordinate and audit internal and external teams to ensure contractual successCurious and eager to push boundaries and test new concepts; high visibility within the organizationFluent English and French requiredThis role is not exclusively for someone from an event production backgroundWhat You’ll GetCompetitive compensation: base salary plus performance bonus and equityComprehensive benefits (health and dental)Immediate responsibility with real opportunities for growthImpact in a high-growth global leaderTravel opportunities across marketsDynamic, international, talented team40% discount on Fever events and experiencesClassPass membershipOur Hiring Process30-minute video interview with Talent Acquisition to discuss your background and cultural fit60-minute online assessment on logic, analytics, and written comprehension30-minute interview with a Team Lead to assess role fit45–60 minute business case presentation to a small panelAverage recruiting duration is about 20 days.Additional InformationFever is committed to an inclusive, diverse workspace.
