JOB DESCRIPTION

- Make sure jobs get completed on time and on budget

- Execute on the Spray-Net standards with your team

- Lead and manage a team of up to 6 people

- Manage customer expectations and deliver on our promise

- Schedule jobs and team

- Supervise, support and train crew

- Make sure job site and trucks look professional

- Learn the Spray-Net way

- Make sure inventory is replenished as needed

- Manage final payment

- Get hands dirty with the team

- Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years in painting & spray application

- Valid driver’s license

- Complete our online and on‑site training program

- Strong attention to detail

- Independent & self‑motivated

- Organized

- Strong leadership skills to manage a team

- Ability to work at heights

- Ability to lift and move ladders
