Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and handle administrative duties. Provide superior customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email. Demonstrate empathy for customers, matching their needs to appropriate financial products. Maintain portfolio health by preserving account standing and preventing delinquency. Collect required information for customer applications with meticulous attention to detail. What We Are Looking For Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing varied functions, preferably in sales. Excellent communicator; people‑ and results‑oriented, adept at driving sales and customer satisfaction. Experience training and managing a small team. Computer‑savvy with rapid adaptation to new software. Ability to pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks. Legally eligible to work in Canada on a full‑time basis; sponsorship not available.
