**About the job**

Reporting to the Director, Operations, the **Branch Manager **is accountable for overseeing the office team at Stratis. This includes our Batching & Inventory, Auto Advisors and Admin team. The Branch Manager is accountable for leading the office sales and client relationship culture.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the office and deliver results by driving effective routines that optimize team and individual performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase branch revenue and market share.
- Conduct weekly huddles and monthly sales meetings while providing continuous coaching with the objective of exceeding new business and retention targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company ICBC/Insurance Council policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
- Foster an amazing workplace culture where everyone can learn, grow and develop.

**Education & Requirements**
- Level (2) License in BC
- CAIB or CIP Designation considered an asset

**Experience**
- Min. 2 years leadership experience and accountability for managing a team
- Experience working in a sales environment and coaching a team towards exceeding targets

**Compensation**

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 + Bonus. Your salary will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience while considering internal equity.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
