We need people like you. We are seeking a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations of our company. In this role, you will supervise all production personnel and ensure the efficiency of operations. You will also be required to lead a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills and anticipate and address barriers to operational efficiency. A pivotal role on a large team. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities: Ensuring shipments are shipped on time, complete, and of the highest quality. Create and lead a highly engaged team that lives our values. Creating and managing the production staff and work schedules. Overseeing work to anticipate, detect, and address factors that impede operations. Enforcing safety regulations and protocols. Conducting performance reviews with staff. Meeting with management team to deliver feedback and develop work optimization strategies. Implementing strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency. Partnering with maintenance to ensure all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained. Ensuring production staff are following inventory, receiving, and shipping protocols. Updating and filing equipment orders, stock receipts, and staff schedules. Supervising and training staff. Represent, support, and uphold the company Core Values and Management Philosophy. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & work experience. To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications: 10 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. 5 years minimum in a production management position. Empathetic and demanding management style, focused on people. Determined and committed to deliver the agreed results. Focused on understanding and meeting customer expectations. Extensive and proven experience in continuous improvement. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent inter-personal skills together with an ability to facilitate commitment to a cooperative team effort. Good communication skills, both orally and written, with both internal and external contacts. Ability to work with all levels of the organization. A friendly working environment.
