Duties & Responsibilities Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and utilize customer data to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data) to align, develop, and execute product initiatives. Prioritize product features and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and measurable impact. Communicate product plans, progress updates, and results clearly to stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and incorporate feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. Create detailed, high‑quality product specifications and documentation. Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and inform product improvements. Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones, managing trade‑offs effectively. Mentor and support team members, promoting growth in product design and management skills. Champion a customer‑centric approach to maximize product value, innovation, and utility. Drive data‑driven decisions, optimize post‑launch product performance, and proactively solve challenges. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying and prioritizing product features and opportunities. Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools to interpret data trends and customer behaviors. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex product ideas to diverse stakeholders. Solid understanding of product strategy development, roadmapping, and project management tools. Proactive, with demonstrated ability to quickly drive momentum and rapid iteration. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, adept at aligning cross‑functional teams towards common strategic goals. Comfort and capability in navigating ambiguous, fast‑changing environments. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of workplace product management experience, ideally in a consumer‑facing technology or proptech company. Proven track record in launching successful products and managing their lifecycle effectively. Experience in conducting thorough market research, competitive analyses, and leveraging customer insights. Demonstrated capability in leading cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data. Experience mentoring and developing team members. Additional Preferred Qualifications API documentation/prototyping (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI). Figma/Miro collaboration for requirements and user flows. Experience in real estate and/or marketing syndication. Prompt engineering and LLM feature development. AI evaluation experience: test set creation, rating rubrics, A/B and regression testing, and monitoring quality (accuracy/groundedness/safety), latency, and cost.
