We're seeking a skilled Greenhouse Production Manager with expertise across these diverse areas to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Seasonal Planting: Develop and implement planting schedules for vegetables, floriculture and nursery plants, tailored to seasonal conditions.
- Soil and Greenhouse Preparation: Prepare soil and greenhouse environments for optimal growth, including soil testing, fertilization etc.
- Vegetable/Plant Care and Maintenance: Oversee the care of all greenhouse plants, including watering, pruning, pest control, and disease management.
- Nursery Management: Manage the propagation and cultivation of vegetable and plant, ensuring high-quality growth and readiness for sale or transplant.
- Harvesting and Transplanting: Coordinate the harvesting of vegetables and flowers, as well as the transplanting of nursery plants.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of planting schedules, growth patterns, and yields to enhance future production strategies.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with and guide other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the greenhouse and field areas.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on the latest agricultural practices and implement new techniques to improve crop health and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in greenhouse operations, including vegetables and floriculture.
- Strong knowledge of seasonal planting, soil preparation, and plant care techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple types of crops simultaneously and adapt to varying greenhouse conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in diverse greenhouse and field environments.

Pay: $40,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
