**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Production Manager** to lead our efficient production processes with the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is key to ensuring our team is well-cared for, and our products contribute to the Iron Will Raw brand’s established reputation as premium nutritious pet food.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize and execute food production operations & scheduling to meet quality, safety and cleaning standards
- Supervise and lead production team, ensuring effective employee training, adherence to company procedures, and efficient productivity
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Manager to fulfill commitments to our HACCP program
- Execute administrative activities to maintain efficient workflows, accurate records, and documentation in compliance with company policies
- Utilize KPIs to drive continuous improvement activities
- Motivate and develop team members to reach their full potential through regular feedback, coaching, and recognition in a positive work environment
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a production leader in a food manufacturing facility
- Prior work leading HACCP compliance and demonstrated knowledge of food safety programs
- Established skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching
- Ability to guide teams to achieve operational targets and uphold quality standards in a safety-focused culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production/QA systems
