Project Dealer Development


Support the Dealers, Dealerships, Wholesalers and Network Development in areas of Brand Marketing Image Programs( Contribution to Major Brand Initiative) performance, tracking and Analysis.


Responsibilities:


  • Facility Image Program, Network Performance & Coverage Analysis
  • Manage and coordinate the Corporate Image program for all Dealers and Dealerships
  • Facility Image: Focus on construction ready projects, support Dealer/dealerships through the program lifecycle from new construction, major or minor renovation projects, and signage programs.
  • Facilitate dealer inquiries regarding image program, understand and clarify expectations, inclusions/exclusions, and establish timelines for each project.
  • Collaborate with design firm regarding dealership facility consultations, ensuring primary and secondary elements are upheld and supported in the national program.
  • Work with dealerships and architects to provide guidance of facility image program.
  • Coordinate quotations/installations/supply of fixtures and signage under the image program
  • Promote the image program, track the effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve
  • Collect and analyze market data for existing and future store locations (primary & secondary locations), mobile (sales, service, parts), or enhance marketing solutions
  • Use applicable mapping software and market research tools to understand the appropriate market opportunities, government resources & provided projects (i.e. infrastructure), identify current and potential competitors, industries, population mix and market characteristics
  • Engage with Sales Operations, Sales, Warranty, Finance, to connect tools and analysis that improve network performance.
  • Collect and analyze market information
  • Utilize mapping software and excel to process data and provide visual and numeric analysis of market opportunities.
  • Dealer Performance Reporting - Monthly reporting of dealer and network performance and analysis activities (monthly executive meeting


Qualifications:

  • University degree (Business/ Marketing) or equivalent experience required.
  • Brand Image Marketing Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Experienced in managing projects through complete lifecycle.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and complete
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Effective communication, project management, and time management.
  • 30%-40% Travel visiting Dealers and Dealerships
