Demand Generation Manager Remote, CanadaFull-time, Mid-Senior level Your Role We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to drive growth in leads and pipelines across our Enterprise and Inside Sales channels. This role owns the full-funnel demand generation strategy from campaign concept to qualified opportunity, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations to deliver measurable, repeatable, and scalable results. Your Responsibilities Design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, and events to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. Own the email nurture strategy, including audience segmentation, messaging, testing, and performance analysis to strengthen engagement and conversion. Develop campaign briefs that outline audience, objectives, messaging, and offers, and lead the creation of persuasive email copy and creative assets in partnership with the content and design teams. Create and refine sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, email templates, and outreach frameworks that enhance conversion and accelerate deal velocity. Analyze campaign performance across the funnel, share insights with stakeholders, and optimize programs to improve lead quality and ROI. Your Experience Five or more years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in MedTech, HealthTech, or SaaS environments. Proven success developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact. Experience managing lead nurture programs and writing persuasive, conversion-focused email copy. Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex product value into customer-focused content. Strong understanding of marketing automation tools such as Marketo, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and PPC best practices. Highly analytical with experience interpreting campaign data and optimizing for ROI. Skilled collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and can translate insights into action. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Location and Compensation This role is fully remote and open to applicants anywhere in Canada.
