Role Description We are hiring a content and storytelling specialist who can turn our founder’s ideas, conversations and day to day operations into content that drives attention, leads and revenue. This is not just a copywriting role. This is a publishing role. You will own the founder’s output across LinkedIn, email and X. You will help build the voice, hooks, stories and lead magnets that power our inbound engine. What you will do: Daily content and social publishing Create daily content for LinkedIn and X Write posts that spark replies, saves and operator focused conversations Build short form threads that feel native to each platform Turn founder voice notes, calls and meetings into content that is ready to publish Create hooks that pull people in instantly Produce story driven posts that build trust with operators and decision makers Write platform native posts for X that drive conversations with operators Long form, newsletters and lead magnets Write daily and weekly newsletters in the founder’s voice Turn long form videos into threads, carousels and punchy text posts Build lead magnets that drive real inbound such as templates, calculators and playbooks Support the founder with scripts and outlines for video Strategy, calendars and performance Create content calendars that are tied to inbound and demand generation Repurpose newsletter content into daily posts on LinkedIn and X Build content that warms up target accounts for sales Analyze what performs, then adjust format, timing and narrative Work with the media team to turn stories into videos, shorts and narrative cuts Increase inbound leads through consistent storytelling and publishing What you need to be GREAT at: Writing content that sounds like a real founder, not a corporate brand Turning messy ideas and voice notes into clear, sharp stories Understanding operators, logistics leaders and decision makers Creating hooks that stop the scroll in the first two lines Building threads and posts that people save, share and reply to You must also be very strong with AI. You should already be using tools like ChatGPT, Make dot com and other automation tools to help with idea generation, research and building theme voices for LinkedIn, email and X.
