We already have: Supplier relationships across Asia, Europe, and beyond Outbound travel products ready to scale A growing social media presence Paid content creation team A functioning website + brand story Now I am looking for a co-founder to help build the digital engine behind the vision. Product & Platform Development Shape the product roadmap for GlobiTrips 2.0 Build or oversee development of our next-gen website Create landing pages, funnels, and conversion journeys Growth & Digital Marketing Run paid ads, remarketing, and acquisition funnels Set up lead automation, CRM, email flows Experiment with CAC reduction and LTV improvements Use analytics to drive product decisions Operational Systems Build scalable processes for: Product listings Lead management Who we’re looking for Has experience in travel tech, e-commerce, digital products, or growth marketing Wants to build a Canadian travel brand from the ground up Enjoys 0→1 creation and working directly with a founder Thinks like an entrepreneur and not like an employee Compensation This is an equity-only role to start .
