Base pay range CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$200,000.00/yr Head of Growth Marketing Type: Full time Auxo is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing for an AI company helping business owners understand the value of their business, improve it, and prepare years ahead of an exit. Their platform is also used by advisors, financial firms, and PE groups who need better visibility into off‑market opportunities. This is a founding‑quality role. You will build the entire growth engine across product, demand gen, content, lifecycle, and analytics, working directly with the CEO. What You’ll Do Own the full PLG funnel across acquisition, activation, onboarding, and self‑serve conversion Launch and measure product experiments to drive usage, upgrades, and referrals Build repeatable acquisition systems for advisors and institutional partners Run paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and new emerging channels Build and scale a content engine including videos, playbooks, templates, and email courses Launch and grow a YouTube channel that converts viewers into users Develop SEO, long form content, and founder‑led storytelling Build lifecycle flows for business owners and advisors across free, trial, and paid journeys Own growth dashboards, A/B testing frameworks, and weekly reporting Collaborate with product and data to define key activation moments and improve funnels Hire and mentor specialists in paid, content, product growth, and operations as the company scales Who You Are 6 to 12 years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS Experience helping a startup grow from Seed to Series A or similar inflection stage Strong PLG fundamentals and experience with onboarding, activation, and monetization Hands on with paid acquisition and agency or freelancer management Strong instincts for content, SEO, lifecycle, and ideally YouTube Comfortable leading strategy while executing personally in the same week Confident working directly with a founder and able to push back when needed Experience selling SaaS or data products into financial or professional services is a plus Finance, fintech, or data intelligence background is an asset French and English is a plus Nice to Have Experience in valuation, corporate finance, or advisor‑focused software Experience running education‑based content programs Background working with financial advisors, accounting firms, or PE groups Seniority level Director Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Management Industries Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Auxo | Growth Partner by 2x Get notified about new Head of Growth jobs in Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
