Project Development Associate – Distributed Generation (C&I Offsite Focus) Position Overview As part of the Utility Scale team, this role will focus on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) offsite distributed generation projects . The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong stakeholder engagement skills to advance distributed generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive development of C&I offsite distributed generation projects, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. Represent the company at public hearings , effectively communicating projectdetailsand addressing regulatory or community concerns. Build and maintain relationships with public officers and regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation. Support strategic growth of distributed generation within the Utility Scale portfolio. Desired Skills & Experience Demonstrated ability to interface with public officers and bodies , including experience attending public hearings. Exposure to project development processes , including permitting and stakeholder engagement. Experience in corporate environments , particularly related to C&I business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with renewable energy markets and distributed generation technologies ismandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
