POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to theGlobal Biotech Commercial Director, this role is responsible for territory sales to manufacturers of probiotics, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic media, and other biotech applications. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic sales acumen, and market development capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with strategic goals Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients Identify and pursue new business opportunities and collaborations Provide technical consultation and product positioning support Capture and relay market intelligence and competitive insights Manage leads and opportunities via CRM (Dynamics 365) Align pricing strategies with group guidelines and negotiate effectively Represent Lallemand at trade shows and industry events Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D Deliver on sales targets and margin objectives Prepare annual budgets and analyze sales performance Support client forecasting and order fulfillment processes QUALIFICATIONS Interpersonal/client relationship – communication, listening, and influencing skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset Comfortable navigating complex technical discussions with clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
