Field Application Scientist (Life Science / Biotech) We represent a rapidly growing and globally recognized leader in recombinant proteins and critical reagents. This role supports breakthrough drug development and clinical applications across North America, Europe, and Asia. Base pay range CA$60,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr What You’ll Do Lead commercial activities in Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec Develop and grow relationships with key life sciences customers Collaborate with technical, marketing, and support teams Support customers in English and Canadian French Attend tradeshows, networking events, and travel 50-60% within your territory Contribute to goals in cell therapy, gene therapy, vaccines, antibodies, and small molecules Requirements Bilingual (English and Canadian French) Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related discipline 2+ years’ related experience with recombinant proteins (R&D, manufacturing, or use) 1+ years’ sales or customer‑facing experience in life sciences Must live within 40 minutes of Toronto or Montreal Skills Explain and sell complex scientific concepts Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Passionate about customer success Analytical, problem‑solving mindset Able to work independently and with teams To apply Send your resume or LinkedIn profile via Easy Apply.
