Company Core Values: O wnership Mentality O pen Communication U nited Team R enowned Craftsmanship Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for our Facility Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within a service-based industry, business to business sales, and a deep understanding of commercial markets. They will be responsible for developing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets Create budgets and forecasts Assess team needs and provide mentorship Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base Identify and pursue business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and vendors Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a service-based industry Experience managing, motivating, and mentoring teams Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office suite How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter with salary expectations to .
