About This Opportunity The Account Lead will work closely and collaboratively with designated disability referral sources, CBI Health clinicians, and other stakeholders to manage referrals through an effective and efficient process that delivers excellent client care within the mandate of the customer. This temporary position (4–6 month fixed term) has the potential to grow into a permanent role. • This post will close at 4:00 PM ET on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day Facilitate and coordinate regular checkpoints with designated account representatives to maintain operational transparency. Maintain oversight of clinical files through collaboration with clinicians and account representatives. Provide effective referral reviews as needed. Work with the National Manager on challenging cases and requests that do not align with typical service pathways. Monitor Key Performance Indicators via communication with the Business Services team and internal escalation methods. Apply rehabilitation care models and review applications from all clinical teams. Align programs and models to referral goals, typically with a vocational focus. Ensure accessibility and high standards for service delivery, documentation, reporting, and case management. Review scheduling practices and service delivery to achieve expected clinical outcomes. Collaborate with the National Manager and others to resolve gaps, identify opportunities for improvement, and innovate service delivery for optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other Account Managers to innovate service delivery methods, models, and services. What You Need To Be Successful A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Three or more years of experience in a clinical or disability coordination role (e.g., Case Manager, Rehabilitation Coordinator). Experience in the health, rehabilitation, or vocational sectors is required. Experience in the disability insurance sector, either in an insurer or employer role. Mental health experience is an asset. Ability to deliver timely, professional, and responsive service to clients. Comfortable facilitating and negotiating care planning. All team members must be located within Canada (remote position).
