We are seeking an experienced Key Account Lead to manage and expand relationships with our most strategic merchants and enterprise partners. This role oversees the full merchant lifecycle, including onboarding support, relationship management, commercial negotiations, and ongoing performance optimization. As the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, the Key Account Lead plays a central role in ensuring long-term client success and revenue growth.

How You Will Contribute
- Manage a portfolio of strategic merchants and enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner.
- Lead commercial discussions including contract renewals, rate reviews, pricing updates, and upsell opportunities.
- Work proactively with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to address merchant needs and ensure SLA compliance.
- Monitor transaction performance, analyze revenue trends, and identify opportunities for risk mitigation or business expansion.
- Provide onboarding support and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation for new enterprise merchants.
- Resolve escalations, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and maintain merchant satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and operational stakeholders across merchant organizations.
Qualifications & Experience
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree required or above.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, enterprise account management, or commercial relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead negotiations and drive revenue growth.
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction and revenue data to support account strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams.
- This role requires working from the office.
Office Location: 1123 Leslie Street, North York
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm
