Ready to be part of the action? Senior Analyst - Application Support and Maintenance assumes various responsibilities. These responsibilities include monitoring the application performance to ensure all the deliverables are met as per SLAs, plan and assist in keeping the technical components current, and coordinate the deployment of products to the production environment. Responsibilities Responsible for Day to day performance of the applications Act as a key resource and provide support within the team Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather, confirm and document functional and non-functional requirements Serve as TMX business activities and systems usage expert, for both business partners and internal teams Define and document requirements into business requirements document (BRD) Able to convert business requirements into test cases and test scenarios Assist in training and mentoring of new staff Design and deliver formal or informal training Lead production support activities along with the team members Support UAT work with the Client to ensure the best quality possible Demonstrate an ability to adapt to new environments, learn new technologies quickly and be a team player with a positive spirit Able to coordinate and perform all testing activities as defined by the Agile/waterfall software development process Participate in testing, reporting on results, ensuring quality and adherence to the business requirements Carry out any other related task assigned by the immediate superior Qualifications A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent program or experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in web applications development and maintenance Familiarity with Agile frameworks Strong problem‑solving, analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, meet with stakeholders, complete any necessary research and drive deliverables, with minimal supervision Proactive and highly self‑motivated Experience in designing, building, and maintaining business systems in cloud or on‑premise Understanding of systems, business, data, and technical architecture disciplines, including key methodologies such as Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA), Business Process Management (BPM), and high‑availability/high‑performance systems design Experience and capability in translating non‑technical user requests into complex technical specifications and solutions that meet business needs Proven experience with: Middleware (MQ Series / WAS) Relational Databases (DB2 and Postgre) SWIFT and ISO messaging standards Previous experience in Financial Services and/or Capital Markets Industry Nice to Have Knowledge of TCS Product BaNCS Experience with tools related to requirements, test management What We Offer Excitement Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets Experience the movement of the market while grounded in the stability of close to 200 years of success.
