Job Description Because of demand and growth within the Application team we are looking for a Senior Application Analyst. As a successful candidate you will manage the delivery of internal operations and support and in doing so you will work with vendors and be part of an internal team managing a portfolio of in‑house/vendor applications. You will play a crucial role of linking our teams and the IT solutions group. Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors and/or internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during migrations, and other events. Develop and maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the applications you manage, including system architecture, data structures, scheduled jobs, reports, and interfaces to other applications. Document IT & Business user procedures and requirements around IT Change Management. Support user training. Assist data integration between different financial systems and ensuring accurate data exchange to support business processes. Support Project Managers in plans related to Business Core Operations Solutions. Participate in new platform releases and testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment. Interact with vendors of financial systems about technical issues and the coordination of enhancements. Respond to requirements from regulators and auditors to provide support for information requests. Support the business in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives. Qualifications A minimum of a college degree in Business or IT related field of study. 2+ years in a team responsible for providing analytical support and administration of business applications. Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies including ITIL standards. Experience in creating test scripts, as well as implementing and executing test scripts. Experience in technical writing/documentation skills.
