Account Executive (Junior & Senior Role) Junior Account Executive / Senior Account Executive North Region, Singapore | min 5 years’ experience Join Bio-Design Pte Ltd, an established renovation and construction company delivering high-profile commercial projects for leading brands across Singapore. We are seeking dedicated accounting professionals to manage full sets of accounts and support project finance operations. What You’ll Do Handle full set of accounts and daily bookkeeping using Xero Prepare and analyse project costing, including budget vs. actual Perform WIP (Work-In-Progress) accounting and support project revenue recognition Manage supplier and subcontractor payments, staff claims, and GST submissions Liaise with vendors, auditors, and internal teams on all finance-related matters Assist in audit preparation, annual filings, compliance, and licence renewals Support ad hoc finance tasks and contribute to process improvements What We’re Looking For Min 5 years of accounting experience; audit background preferred Able to handle full set of accounts independently Experience in construction or manufacturing industry is highly preferred (priority given to candidates with WIP accounting experience) For Senior role: must be familiar with GST, annual filing, and have experience assisting with audits Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage (for liaising with director & clients) Why Join Us Stable and growing construction/renovation firm handling projects for top brands Hands-on exposure to project finance, costing, and WIP accounting Supportive team and opportunities for long-term career development #J-18808-Ljbffr
