Introduction

We are currently hiring an experienced Compliance Specialist for our client who is a global scaled biopharmaceutical company with their compliance program, focusing on policy development, compliance training, and monitoring activities. This role ensures adherence to healthcare industry standards and helps mitigate compliance risks across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare compliance, excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Lead compliance projects, develop automated workflows, and support high-priority projects like audits and new procedure rollouts.
  • Policy Management: Create and update country-specific compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Training & Monitoring: Deliver compliance training, monitor adherence to standards, and communicate updates across teams. Identify control gaps and address issues proactively.
  • Compliance Reviews: Conduct routine and ad hoc reviews to ensure compliance, and support investigations when necessary.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Science, Law, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a Compliance role, ideally within Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication for training and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and solve compliance issues efficiently.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
