We have a global distributed collaboration model, with 1200+ colleagues in 75+ countries, and meet in person two to four times yearly to align on strategy and execution. We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, and looking to hire SDR Team Managers to run inbound and outbound teams. These managers will develop skilled sales professionals with high integrity, high empathy, and a rigorous work ethic. The role includes managing a team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs and maintaining a multi‑million dollar pipeline. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs / BDRs. Maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline. Develop outstanding sales professionals with strong integrity, empathy, and work ethic. Grow your own skills as well as those of your team, and stay current with new technologies. Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to changes in the market. Qualifications Excellent academic results at school and university. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology. Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement: curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem solving and cross‑team collaboration. Leadership experience in one form or another. Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
