**Job Description: Regional Manager - GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd.**

- Position Type:_ Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales & Marketing**:
- Drive and oversee regional sales efforts, building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and growth.
- ** Team Management & Dispatch**:
- Effectively manage, dispatch, and oversee crews for optimal performance and productivity.
- Mentor and train new workers, ensuring they align with company values and standards.
- ** Recruitment**:
- Lead recruitment initiatives, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring that the team is skilled and equipped for success.
- ** Indigenous Community Engagement**:
- Foster and maintain strong ties with Indigenous communities, ensuring collaborations are respectful and mutually beneficial.
- Actively promote and facilitate the hiring of individuals from these communities.
- ** Project & Operations Management**:
- Oversee regional projects, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and handle the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- ** Financial Oversight**:
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Handle invoicing, keeping accurate records and ensuring timely collections.
- Oversee budgetary and financial planning for the region.
- ** Industry Expertise**:
- Possess a deep understanding of shutdown procedures in the oil and gas sectors.
- Continually update knowledge to stay abreast of industry changes and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- Performance and Commission-based position
- Solid background and expertise in shutdowns, oil, and gas industries.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and team management.
- Proficient in project management, with an emphasis on timely delivery and quality.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity and respect for Indigenous cultures and traditions.
- Valid driver's license.
