Location: Montreal, Quebec │ Salary Range: 60k-80k│ Hybrid/Remote│ Full-time permanent Summary of Responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, providing technical proposals, and ensuring a seamless sales experience while contributing to business growth. The position combines sales expertise, technical knowledge, and customer service to deliver tailored solutions and foster long-term client relationships. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering technical support and guidance. Respond promptly to inquiries and assist clients in selecting appropriate solutions. Occasionally visit clients on-site or represent the company at marketing events. Sales and Business Development Identify and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and collaborate with outside sales teams. Quoting and Order Management Generate accurate and timely quotes and proposals. Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery. Address and resolve any order-related discrepancies. Technical Expertise Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Provide detailed technical information on products, pricing, and lead times. Education and Experience Requirements: College diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Commerce. A background in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related scientific fields is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent experience is a plus. 2-5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in technical fields like industrial instrumentation. Skills & Abilities: Strong sales and customer service abilities. Technical knowledge of industrial processes is a bonus. Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and verbal).
