Base pay range CA$75,000.00/yr - CA$85,000.00/yr Job Summary: Supervises the activities of the Market Area's Inside Sales Team and provides expertise in selling services to customers, resulting in additional revenue. This is a hybrid role with in-office work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Monday and Friday. This position has supervisory responsibilities, including direct supervision of 6 full-time employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform essential duties satisfactorily to ensure success in the role. Maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy with the Inside Sales Team. Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction on all sales transactions. Collaborate with the Market Area Sales Manager to resolve escalated or unique customer issues. Supervise activities of the Inside Sales Department. Ensure team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales, lead generation, and contact productivity. Forecast and recruit qualified candidates for Inside Sales Team positions. Provide ongoing training, including formal sessions and informal coaching to Inside Sales Representatives. Encourage feedback, be available for questions, provide guidance, and offer assistance as needed. Participate in training and coaching of the Inside Sales staff. Maintain accurate customer records for all interactions, including prospect data, contracts, orders, and service documentation. Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience. Experience: Two years of direct B2B sales experience. Skills: Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, leadership, strategic thinking, results orientation, business knowledge, negotiation skills, time management, and ethical practices. This supervisory role's placement and advancement depend on performance and market conditions. Eligible for sales compensation and recognition programs upon training completion and management approval. Bilingual (French and English): Required for Quebec candidates due to frequent interactions with diverse stakeholders.
