Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Divisional Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for proactively selling to existing and new logo customers within a defined geographic territory to drive market penetration and accelerated sales growth. This position is 100% remote and part of a collaborative sales team located in the US and Canada. Responsibilities Engage clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement, or assignment for the development and growth of individual sales territory in alignment with annual quotas. Execute a consultative sales strategy using our internal solution‑selling methodology with extensive product training provided. Handle technical and application sales questions, provide prompt responses, including quotes and technical advice. Population and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce. Collect and provide constructive feedback to management to drive continuous improvement of the inside sales process. Collaborate with other sellers to enhance inside sales prospecting processes. Engage in department KPIs through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate. Interface with Distribution Sales, Regional Sales, Technical Support, Business Unit, and Marketing to optimize sales. Contribute to creative promotional programs. Qualifications High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree desirable but not required). 2 years of sales experience, ideally progressive tele‑sales in a B2B environment. Proven ability at cross‑selling and up‑selling; demonstrated experience increasing revenue within existing accounts. Knowledge of water plant or laboratory operations, water testing requirements, and related regulations is helpful. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
