Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Upstream Works Software by 2×. Responsibilities Spearhead the establishment of our solutions with partners and customers. Proactively engage customers to support adoption and value realization, ensuring maximum sales opportunities. Grow customers' depth of understanding by providing educational sessions on new and existing features. Act as the Domain Expert for the reseller base. Lead the effort to spot and up‑sell opportunities through close and log these as leads in our CRM. Advocate the customers' and resellers' needs internally across departments. Create customer advocates to generate strong references, referrals, and case studies. Capture and maintain up‑to‑date communications, conversations, and correspondence with customers. Contribute, author, and edit customer‑facing proposals and content. Operate flexibly in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Multitask and adjust priorities on‑the‑fly. Leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a broad range of clients. Show creativity, foresight, and innovation in building strategic solutions. Take initiative, manage self and team priorities, and handle short‑ and long‑term tasks concurrently. Maintain a professional demeanor while liaising with global 500 companies and other stakeholders. Facilitate consensus building and cross‑functional collaboration to advocate for customer needs. Qualifications 7‑10 years experience in software sales. Experience in the contact center industry is ideal. Proven track record of quota attainment and over‑achievement. Strong background in the contact center industry. Hunter mindset with a demonstrated ability to close sales. Strong relationship‑building skills with partners and customers.
