Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Product Manager to our large retail clients innovative team in the food produce space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in the fresh produce or related food sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Category Management, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to ensure collaboration and support for product strategies and plans.
  • Assist in developing new product strategies by gathering insights on corporate goals, consumer trends, and market conditions, while supporting financial feasibility, supplier selection, and sales projections.
  • Support end-to-end project management for product launches, coordinating team collaboration, monitoring sales performance, and leading meetings to drive innovation and troubleshoot issues.

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 3+ years of product management/merchandising/brand management or equivalent experience w/ success launching products in the FOOD PRODUCE space (grocery).
  • Excellent communicator w/ a knack for presenting, selling, influencing, and commanding a room.
  • Highly organized, adept w/ task prioritization and management (large workflow in this role)
  • Leadership experience managing multiple projects/brands at a time ideally within the food or grocery space - Will be leading 1 direct report (Associate Product Manager)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations and build plans from key analytics (e.g., exp w/ Neilson, Mintel, Euro Monitor)
  • Advanced initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills to effectively prioritize tasks, projects, and resolve conflicts or uncertainties within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and merchandising practices,
