**Role and Responsibilities**
- As our first Product Manager at Spark, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead the development of next-generation EV charging products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and prioritising product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and industry trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing, to bring new products to market.
- Developing product roadmaps and managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and user-friendliness.
- Keeping a close eye on the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Aligning product strategy with the company's mission of promoting sustainability and clean energy.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the tech or automotive industry.
- A deep understanding of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and sustainable transportation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- The ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technological constraints effectively.
- A passion for innovation, sustainability, and shaping the future of mobility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $62,059.28-$107,756.52 per year
