**Overview**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Product Owners to define product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify user needs and integrate insights into product development, particularly focusing on health tech trends and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, and user journey mappings to articulate product features and requirements, collaborating with UI/UX teams to ensure user-centric design.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications and quality standards. This includes close coordination with engineering teams to understand end-to-end tech frameworks.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including presenting product demos and conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions, to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on feedback to enhance user experience, employing data-driven approaches for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive, incorporating knowledge of the latest developments in health tech and product management.
- Leverage experience in health tech, utilizing knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations to guide product development and ensure compliance.
- Demonstrate proficiency with product management software and tools, such as JIRA, ClickUp, etc. to manage product backlogs, track progress, and facilitate agile development processes.
- Engage in strategic planning and risk management, identifying potential risks in the product lifecycle and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage the product's budget, overseeing forecasting, allocation, and tracking of expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Conduct competitive analysis regularly to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Act as a liaison across departments, ensuring alignment of marketing, sales, customer service, and other teams with the product’s goals and strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the product team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Integrate customer feedback into the product development process, ensuring the product evolves in response to user needs and preferences.
- Take responsibility for the product's security posture, ensuring that all features and updates comply with industry-specific security standards and regulations, such as PHIPA for health tech. This includes overseeing the incorporation of security features during the development process, conducting regular security assessments, and working closely with security teams to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Be involved in developing and maintaining an incident response plan for the product, ensuring readiness to handle any security breaches or data privacy issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with Scrum teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
- Experience with user experience design and usability testing is a plus.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software development to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Ability to use data analytics for informed product decision-making
- Proficiency in specific product management tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team mentorship and collaboration
- Competency in strategic planning, aligning product roadmaps with broader business objectives
- Understanding security protocols and compliance standards
