AtkinsRéalis is dedicated in engineering a better future for our planet and its people.** Our Rail & Transit team is looking for a Safety & System Assurance Manager to join our Toronto office.Reporting to the Director, Safety & Systems Assurance, the Manager will be responsible for performing tasks related to the implementation of Safety & System Assurance program on large-scale projects in the public transport and rail sectors. The Manager will define and propose the methods, analyses, and reports required for the successful execution of mandates within their field of expertise, including the development of plans as well as reliability, maintainability, and safety analyses. This role will be based in **Toronto, ON** **Your role within the team:**· Provide high quality consultancy services to the rail industry in the fields of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) engineering and safety assurance.· Deliver assurance, certification and safety activities, supporting rail businesses, governments and organizations.· Contribute to developing strategies to grow the Safety & Systems Assurance team.· Provide line management supervision, oversee career & talent development for the team focused on expertise development and achieving excellence.
