This role helps identify key issues, designs problem solving approaches, works across teams to curate insight, generate hypotheses and create and validate solutions.A strong candidate for this role will have a robust background in strategy development, supported by analytics and insights experience.This person should also have an innate ability to craft compelling narratives for a wide variety of audiences, from our business development and operations teams to our executive team.**As a Strategy Manager, Licensed Coffeehouses, Business Planning, Analytics & Insights you will:**u00b7 Partner closely with leaders to build, measure, and maintain business strategies to deliver against the broader Licensed Coffeehouses business strategy.u00b7 Lead strategic problem-solving efforts by helping the market team identify and define key issues, collate themes across segments, develop hypotheses and design required analyses.u00b7 Guide market team in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues, identifying creative information sources and approaches, and pushing the team to develop new insights.u00b7 Plan and support business unit and department processes and practices to ensure alignment with company business goals and objectives, including annual planning, prioritization and decision making.u00b7 Build structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations.u00b7 Communicate learnings and insights across cross-functional team, strategy team leadership and leadership.u00b7 Scale impact by effectively working through and with others.
