As Vice President Sales & Marketing , you will lead and developa highly motivated and skilled business development team which includes sales,customer success, revenue operations and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop/execute sales strategy to grow Rodan’srevenues across all lines of business in North America.
  • Attract and develop top business developmenttalent.
  • Highly disciplined, organized and metrics drivenapproach to managing and reporting on sales performance.
  • Establish annual business development budgets,sales targets, and strategic plans.
  • Actively identify and implement growthopportunities.
  • Develop new and iterate existing products byengaging with customers, with an eye on the competitive environment, marketconditions and the ability to scale.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team andprovide input on overall business direction, foster a positive work culture,and strong collaboration with other functional leaders.
  • Continuous learning and thought leadership whileparticipating in industry events and organizations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of successful sales leadershipexperience, having managed sales and marketing professionals.
  • A balance of strategic vision and willingness toroll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting and exceedingyearly sales team targets.
  • Strong understanding of North Americanelectricity markets and the energy services sector (specifically demandresponse, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service).
  • Post-secondary degree.
  • Ability to deliver on short-term targets, whileimplementing a long-range strategy and vision.
  • Powerful verbal and written communication skillsutilizing various medium.
  • Excellentfinancial and analytical skills.
  • Productdevelopment leadership by developing scalable solutions and innovative businessmodels.
  • Entrepreneurialapproach to business development with a positive “let’s figure it out” attitudeand a desire to succeed.
  • StrongC-Level presence, strategic acumen, consultative-selling skills and executivecredibility.
  • Ability to travel throughout the US and Canada.
