With over 200 points of sale worldwide, we continue to grow as a brand. seniority level: Mid-Senior level employment type: Full-time job function: Sales and Business Development industries: Retail Apparel and Fashion Responsibilities Report to the Store Manager and strategically manage and promote sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. Guarantee consistently high customer experience within the store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations to meet key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations. Assist with recruitment, training, development and succession of high-performing, results-driven team members. Demonstrate Brand values, attitude and culture in daily interactions. Facilitate the implementation of programs, policies, routine and seasonal initiatives, and store needs as directed by the Store Manager. Develop action plans with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, deliverables and timelines. Oversee training and execution of in-store activities across business, operations, and sales/customer service to ensure staff are trained to Retail Standards. Support team members to ensure a great guest experience, including assessing guest needs, providing product education, and supporting in-store transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store). Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management activities. Engage in career discussions to support team growth within Psycho Bunny. Move dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs. Resolve guest feedback and address escalations to make things right for guests. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Standards and Covid-19 requirements to maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. Establish supportive relationships with team members to foster personal and professional development. Toolkit / Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.
