Business Analyst – Process and Change Management On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst – Process and Change Management for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Job Description: The Process & Change Management group is accountable for the overall change approach, roadmaps, and implementations of both internal and partner-led initiatives. This role will support the Retail Account Services portfolio by analyzing and recommending enhancements to existing business processes to improve operational effectiveness and the client experience. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions to issues Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency Provide process consultation and present recommendations to senior management Prepare and present reports to management to communicate project status and recommendations Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment Mandatory Skills Experience writing, version controlling, and rolling out SOPs Ability to run workshops with SMEs and map processes Experience with QA/testing of procedures and compliance follow-through Ability to produce impact assessments and management‑ready presentations Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently in high‑pressure environments Experience delivering training and change communications Nice‑to‑Have Skills Prior retail banking operations experience Change management methodologies and governance Experience in PCI/compliance in payments Assignment Length This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension depending on project needs. Start Date ASAP. Assignment Location Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with onsite work required every Thursday.
