We are seeking a
Business Process Analyst
for a
6-month hybrid contract in Toronto
(3 days/week onsite) within the financial services industry. In this role, you will analyze and improve business processes, design future-state workflows, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze current ("As-Is") vs. future ("To-Be") workflows and document change requirements
  • Create new business processes, run workshops, and write business procedures
  • Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and align on changes

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in business process consulting
  • 1–2 years in data analytics (reporting + recommendations)
  • Experience leading workshops or small initiatives
  • Ability to write procedures and interpret process maps

Nice-To-Have

  • Experience with Visio or other mapping tools
  • Power BI experience
  • MS Office proficiency
