Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services and brand presence Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs Develop marketing content for digital platforms, brochures, presentations, and emails Manage social media channels and support online marketing initiatives Coordinate with sales and business teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports Assist in organizing promotional events, seminars, and client outreach activities Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or consultancy Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus Creative thinking with strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines At Baka Pozd Business Consultancy in Toronto, the Marketing Executive plays a key role in strengthening brand awareness and supporting business growth.
