Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services and brand presence

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs

- Develop marketing content for digital platforms, brochures, presentations, and emails

- Manage social media channels and support online marketing initiatives

- Coordinate with sales and business teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

- Assist in organizing promotional events, seminars, and client outreach activities

- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services or consultancy

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

- Creative thinking with strong analytical and organizational abilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
