Recruitment Specialist @ Travel Industry Personnel | Talent Sourcing Accounts Payable Groups Coordinator (10-Month Contract – Mat Leave Coverage) We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Groups Coordinator to join our client's team on a temporary full‑time, 10‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong AP experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do: Process supplier payments, agent reimbursements, and credit card requests Review group reconciliations and calculate profits Manage invoice & commission entries in Clientlinq Post entries in accounting software Communicate with travel advisors regarding payments, discrepancies, and documentation Work with internal teams (ticketing, support) to resolve issues What You Bring: 3+ years AP or accounting experience (travel industry experience is an asset) Strong knowledge of AP procedures, reconciliations, and invoicing Experience with Clientlinq/Travcom is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills Strong Excel and general MS Office skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Details: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) Hybrid role in Toronto — must be able to commute Paid time off included Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Travel Arrangements Toronto, Ontario, Canada CA$55,000.00-CA$65,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
