Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in North York, ON. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as processing expense reports, managing vendor payments, performing accurate and timely journal entries, and supporting the finance and accounting team with key tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate within a professional environment to ensure accurate financial operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Expense Reports and related tracking systems Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making Understanding of Finance principles and accounting operations Experience with Accounting procedures, including Journal Entries High attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in an on-site office environment Prior experience in real estate or property management industries is a plus Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
