Our mission is to safeguard people, devices, and data everywhere. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Telco to enable the success of our rapidly growing business. In this key role you will create and implement strategic plans focused on attaining wide deployments of Fortinet products and services, develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers in Carrier and Service Provider accounts, coordinate with internal groups to generate winning bids and proposals, negotiate terms of business to achieve win/win results and build strong ongoing relationships. Responsibilities Develop and execute account plan for Telco Company based on Fortinet’s strategy and purpose. Definition and execution of strategic actions with high impact on the business in the medium and long term. Define strategic business metrics (KPI) that contribute to better management of the business. Maximize Fortinet opportunity while providing value‑added solutions to Carrier and Service Provider accounts. Serve as lead contact responsible for the flow of information to/from executive management. Develop regional product strategy and development plan. Plan and execute joint GTM strategies. Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners. Work closely with local account managers to maximize primary business focus. Generate new opportunities in Managed Security Service. Manage key strategic deals and multinational opportunities. Travel within the assigned territory (50%). Qualifications 10+ years technology selling experience managing sales. Proven experience working and selling solutions to Carrier and Service Providers. Ability to influence at decision‑making levels in strategic areas such as product development and technology of telcos. Experience in the network security industry. Proven track record of significant over‑quota achievement and demonstrated career stability. Experience closing large deals. Selling experience in security is recommended. Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Goal‑oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen, and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams.
