Qualifications and skills:

Assist the learning team with daily administrative tasks and projects.

Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Help organize meetings, professional development sessions, and other departmental activities.

Support data collection and reporting for various programs.

Strong organizational skills with a broad administrative background

Proficiency with office software and technology

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Professional work ethic and an ability to multi-task to meet deadlines

A diploma or certification from a recognized institution in office administration

A minimum of two years of successful experience in this type of position or related experience is an asset
