Minimum Qualifications What would you do every day as a Customer Success Advisor? Deliver extraordinary customer care and value to Small Business Owners in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. Provide extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inbound phone servicing inquiries from existing customers using our tools and systems. Add incremental value on each and every interaction with our customers and increase customer loyalty. Be responsible for evaluating and analyzing account information while recommending tailored solutions to small business owners. Be part of a dynamic team passionate about improving customer experience and contributing to our growth. We are open from 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Sunday EST. Shift times are expected to range between these hours (Monday to Sunday). Here are the skills and experiences we are looking for. Exceptional communication skills.
